Pre Natal Zinc Deficiency Can Give 3 Year Old's Adrenal Burnout

If you thought that only adults get adrenal burnout, you'd be wrong because children as young as 3 years old now suffer with adrenal exhaustion?  Children today are being born with weak adrenals due to their parents’ nutritional deficiencies, weird thing is that this is not a genetic problem, instead, it's due to the nutritional imbalances of the mother, particularly when passed through the placenta to the unborn child. If the mother is zinc-deficient (which affects most adults mums today) the baby is born low in zinc and often high in copper, cadmium or other minerals that substitute for zinc to a degree. Hair analysis results are proving this new phenomenon and it seems to be getting worse.

The result is that by age three or four, zinc deficient kids are in burnout mode. They are often sick, depressed and have difficulty in school. Some of these children react to the situation by becoming hyperactive, compulsive obsessive or by developing various other behavior problems. Adrenal burnout in young children can be spotted early by checking for signs of fatigue and abnormal sleep patterns, excessive thirst or craving for sweet and salty foods.

Parents can correct adrenal burnout by nutrition balancing , though it is better to prevent it, of course.By gently rebuilding their body chemistry, ensuring correct diet and optimum nutritional supplement support, kids behavioral and other disorders generally vanish in a few months to a few years. So, what's the check list of nutrients needed for healthy adrenals? These include B-complex vitamins, vitamins A, C and E, manganese, zinc, chromium, selenium and other trace elements.

Some Healthy Diet Tips; excessive carbohydrates can stress the adrenals, diets low in protein may also create deficiencies. Inadequate or poor quality water affects oxygenation of the tissues. Also, allergic reactions to foods such as wheat and dairy products can damage the intestines and reduce the absorption of nutrients.

IGNORE NUTRITION DEFICIENCIES AT YOUR PERIL IN TREATING ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER

NUTRITION DEFICIENCIES CRITICAL IN TREATING ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD)

A recent Radio 5 Live report on the growing problem of ADHD in kids and young adults came as no surprise to hear hardly a single mention that nutritional imbalances of some sort are implicated in or are a direct cause of ADHD. If you are a parent and you want to treat ADHD effectively, (whether using Ritalin or not) you MUST address the following nutritional imbalances;
1) Vitamin & Mineral deficiencies
2) Toxic metal accumulation
3) Stimulants & artificial sweeteners in the diet
4) Sugar & refined carbohydrates
5) Chronic yeast infections including Candida Albicans
6) Food allergies
7) Fast metabolism
8) Improper diet
9) Bad fats from junk food
10) Hypoglycaemia
The reason you must address as many of the above is because ADD and ADHD are not a single disorder, but rather are symptoms with many possible causes.

It cannot be overstated that the role of nutrition including correcting vitamin & mineral deficiencies play a critical role in effective treatment of ADHD symptoms.  For example; Calcium, magnesium and zinc are deficient on the tissue mineral analyses of many ADHD children.  So is Iron. Other trace elements such as manganese and chromium also play a critical role in behaviour because they influence glucose tolerance.
Vitamin nutrition is no less important. Supplementation with B Vitamins including choline and inositol has been found helpful for some younger hyperactive and ADHD children.

It’s time right now for the media to start addressing the real ‘causes’ of health problems like ADHD, even if they offend Big Pharma or overworked allopathic doctors. Please let’s stop brushing critical health information under the carpet.
